A Safe and Supportive Therapy Group for individuals seeking to deepen their love – for themselves and others
Through guided reading, real-life case explorations, and collaborative group discussions, participants will gain practical insight and tools for cultivating and sustaining meaningful relationships
Workshop Overview
Session 1-2: An Intersubjective Experiential Perspective
Exploring our lived beliefs and emotional truths
- What do we believe a truly loving relationship–with others and with ourselves–really looks like?
- How have early experiences and present relationships shaped these beliefs?
- What does it feel like to be genuinely seen, known, and accepted?
Session 3-4: A Philosophical Perspective
Learning from the wisdom of history’s most loving role-models
- How have great thinkers, spiritual teachers, and cultural role-models envisioned love and relationship?
- What enduring insight can we draw from their lives and teachings?
Session 5-6: A Practical Perspective
Grounding the ideal in everyday reality
- How do we create and maintain loving relationships amid the demands of modern life?
- What are the most common inner and outer obstacles–and how can we meet them with compassion?
Session 7-8: Making it Real
Finding the courage and capacity to live it out
- What supports–both internal and external–help us live more lovingly, day by day
- How do we move from insight to lasting
- transformation?
- How do we keep the flame of love alive–especially in difficult times?
